WHOLESALE / EXPORT ROUTE
Ink is a repeat-purchase liquid product. Commercial and transport details are matched to the ink grade, package, order size and destination before confirmation.
STANDARD EXPORT PACKING
The same standard packing applies to color ink and white ink. Dimensions and weights below support quotation and loading calculations.
Loading note: 113 × 93 × 204 cm is the nominal loaded footprint and height, including the wooden pallet. Confirm final outside dimensions after wrapping and protection. The 1,104 kg figure covers cartons only; final pallet gross weight also includes the wooden pallet and securing materials.

Reference arrangement: 2 pallets across × 6 positions along the container, in a single tier.
Calculated from our nominal loaded dimensions using a Hapag-Lloyd 20-ft standard example: inside 590 × 235.2 × 239.5 cm; door opening 234 × 229.2 cm. Confirm actual equipment, final packed dimensions, handling clearance and load securing with the forwarder before booking.

COLOR INK / APPLIED OUTCOME
These visual examples show the ink in a production context: saturated colour, controlled detail and textile surfaces that still look and feel like textile.
Film, colour ink, white ink, powder and press conditions are qualified as one transfer route.
Colour ink is evaluated with the white underbase, garment pre-treatment and curing workflow.
PRODUCT-LEVEL PRINTHEAD COMPATIBILITY
Printhead compatibility belongs with the ink product. We qualify performance against the complete printer, delivery path, waveform and textile process—never through a blanket “universal compatible” claim.

Documentation is handled by product grade and market requirement. Ask for the files available for the DTF or DTG formulation you are evaluating.
DTF CMYK + WHITE · SAFETY DOCUMENTS
The five colour-specific MSDS files are being checked against the final product information. Request the reviewed sheet for the ink you plan to use; review drafts are not public downloads.
Select the ink grade and market when requesting a sheet. Safety data is distinct from batch COA, performance tests and certification scope.
