HANGZHOU MIDA CHEMICAL CO., LTD. is the operator and data controller for this website. M-INKJET is our export-focused brand for water-based DTF and DTG textile inks. This policy covers information handled when you browse this website, prepare or send a technical RFQ, request samples, or contact us about products and cooperation.
This website is designed for business customers and professional contacts. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Information you provide
When you contact us, the information may include your business email, company, country or market, buyer type, printer or printhead, intended ink route, expected purchase volume, target price, Incoterm, technical requirements and any other information you include in your message.
When the website RFQ service is available and you submit the form successfully, the information is transmitted securely to our server-side inquiry endpoint, saved as a business inquiry record and sent by email to our sales contact. The page displays a success receipt only after the server confirms that the record was saved and the email request was accepted. If online submission is unavailable or fails, the form keeps your entered information on the page and offers an email fallback; your email application sends it only if you choose to do so.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps and security logs. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising analytics on this website.
Third-party features
The website loads Google Fonts and includes a Google Maps view on the About page. It also links to WhatsApp, email, YouTube, Facebook and Reddit. When you load or choose these services, the relevant provider may receive technical information and apply its own privacy terms. Your use of those services is controlled by the provider, not by this policy.

- Match DTF or DTG ink to the printer, printhead, substrate and production conditions you describe.
- Communicate about evaluation, documentation, orders, delivery and after-sales support.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a contract, pursue our legitimate interest in operating a B2B ink business, comply with legal obligations, or act with your consent where consent is required.
